Jet Ski Rentals

Booking software for jet ski rentals

Twenty skis, back-to-back rentals, and a dock full of riders who all need to sign before they launch.

  • Hourly fleet availability with refuel and inspection buffers
  • Every rider signs a waiver on their own phone
  • Damage holds in place before a ski leaves the dock
  • Check-in stages that keep the line moving

A jet ski dock on a summer Saturday runs on tight margins of time. Rentals go out back to back, every rider needs a signed waiver, every group needs a card on file for damage, and the phone keeps ringing with people who already booked. Lose ten minutes at check-in and the whole afternoon slides. Resytech is built to keep that line moving.

Fleet availability that keeps up

Identical skis are tracked as one fleet with a quantity, so customers book any available unit and the next booking never oversells. Rentals come in fixed lengths like one hour, two hours, or a half day, each with its own price, and buffer time between rentals leaves room to refuel and inspect. Weekend and holiday rates apply automatically.

  • Track each ski as its own unit by name or hull number when you need to know who rode which one
  • Take a ski out of service for repairs and availability drops by one until it is back
  • Offer guided rides alongside rentals, drawing from the same fleet

Waivers for every rider, signed at once

Each rider, including passengers, gets a link to their own waiver and signs on their own phone, before they arrive or the moment the group walks up. Parents sign for minors. The booking shows exactly who has signed, so staff are never passing one tablet down a line of twenty people.

Check-in built for the dock

Set up check-in as a series of stages, such as arrival, waivers, equipment, and ready, and attach requirements to each one: every waiver signed, guardian signatures for minors, a card hold in place, specific skis assigned. Bookings move forward on their own as requirements are met, and staff can see at a glance which group is stuck and why.

Damage holds, not damage disputes

Authorize a hold on the customer's card and capture or release it after the ride, or take a deposit when they book. Payments run through your own Stripe account, online and on a card reader at the dock, and a check-in stage can require the hold before a ski goes out.

Fewer calls, faster answers

Customers who call with an upcoming booking can be routed straight to an AI voice agent connected to your bookings, while everyone else rings a person. Texts land in a shared inbox any teammate can answer. Workflows send reminders when they matter most, for example only on weekends, two hours before each ride. When the weather turns, one broadcast reaches every customer booked that day.

Common questions

Can I take a damage deposit on a jet ski rental?

Yes. Place an authorization hold on the customer's card and capture or release it after the ride. A check-in stage can require the hold before the ski is released.

How do riders sign waivers at a busy dock?

Each rider gets their own waiver link and signs on their own phone, so a whole group signs at once. Parents sign for minors, and check-in shows exactly who is still outstanding.

Can I track individual skis for maintenance?

Yes. Register each ski as its own unit with a name or hull number, assign specific skis at check-in, and mark one out of service when it needs repairs so it stops counting toward availability.

Can I run guided jet ski tours too?

Yes. A guided tour runs at set departure times with per-person pricing and an assigned guide, and can reserve skis from the same fleet you rent.
