Write it once, in your words
The built-in editor lets you author your waiver exactly as your insurer or lawyer wants it: rich text, required acknowledgments, signature fields, and custom questions. Different activities can carry different waivers, so your zip-line release and your kayak rental agreement each say what they need to say.
Signing that fits real arrivals
A group of twenty shows up at once, and passing one tablet around doesn't scale. Each guest gets a link to their own waiver and signs on their own phone, whether that's days before the trip or standing at your counter. The booking shows a live roster of who has signed and who hasn't, so staff can see at a glance when the group is cleared to go.

Do I need Smartwaiver or another waiver service?
No. Waivers are built into Resytech: the editor, guest signing links, signature tracking, and storage are all included, connected directly to bookings.
Can each guest in a group sign separately?
Yes. Every guest receives their own waiver link and signs on their own device. The booking shows exactly who has signed, so a group is never held up by one shared clipboard or tablet.
