Zip Line & Adventure Parks

Booking software for zip lines and adventure parks

Safety-capped sessions, a waiver from every climber, and the weight check done before anyone is harnessed.

  • Session capacity set by your safety and guide ratios
  • Weight, age, and medical details required at checkout
  • A waiver from every participant, parents signing for minors
  • Birthday, corporate, and school groups with deposits and invoices

At an adventure park, capacity is a safety number, not a sales target. A zip line tour takes twelve guests because that is what two guides can safely run, a weight limit is not optional, and nobody clips into a harness without a signed waiver. Your booking system should handle those rules before the guest ever reaches the front desk.

Each experience with its own rules

The zip line, the aerial ropes course, the kids' course, and the climbing wall each get their own session times, duration, guest limit, age restriction, and price. Buffer time between sessions covers the safety briefing and gear fitting, so the schedule reflects how the park actually runs.

Safety details collected at booking

Required custom fields ask for weight, height, medical conditions, or first-time status during checkout, and the answers are on the booking before the group arrives. Your guides know who needs extra attention, and problems surface at home instead of at the platform.

Every participant signs

A family of four means four waivers, with parents signing for minors. Waiver links go out with the confirmation and reminder emails, guests who have not signed can do it on their own phones at check-in, and staff can see exactly who is outstanding before the group heads up. Different experiences can carry different waivers.

Groups and parties

Birthday parties, corporate team building, and school field trips are a big share of park revenue. Let groups book a session privately, collect a deposit when they book, and send an invoice to companies and schools that pay on terms. One-off events like a night zip are added as special events with their own pricing.

The front desk and the gift shop

The availability check shows open sessions across every experience at a glance for walk-ins. Take cards on a Stripe Terminal reader and sell photos, merchandise, and snacks through the built-in point of sale. Gift cards sell year-round, which matters for a business that closes for part of it.

Turn first visits into second visits

Customer profiles show which experiences each guest has done, so a workflow can follow up after the zip line with an invitation to try the ropes course. Post-visit surveys catch safety or service issues early.

Common questions

Can I collect weight and medical information before guests arrive?

Yes. Custom fields can be required at checkout, so every booking arrives with the weight, height, medical, or experience details you need, visible to staff on the booking.

Does every guest sign their own waiver?

Yes. Each participant gets a waiver link and signs on their own device, with parents signing for minors. The booking shows who has signed, so staff can confirm the whole group is covered before gearing up.

Can I cap how many people are in each session?

Yes. Each experience has its own guest limit per session, and online booking stops offering a session once it is full.
