Departures that fill, not overfill

Each tour runs at the times you set, on the days you choose, with a hard guest limit. Customers book by group type (adult, child, senior, infant), each with its own price, and every guest counts toward the departure's capacity. Seasonal one-offs like a haunted history walk in October or a holiday lights tour are added as special events without touching the regular schedule.

Headcounts you know in advance

Booking cutoffs close online sales a set time before each departure, so you know how many guests to expect and which guide to send. A minimum party size, age restrictions, and the guest limit are all enforced at checkout, and the daily tour schedule shows each departure's guests, arrivals, and remaining seats.

Guides on the schedule

Guides are assigned to the tours they are qualified for, and Resytech will not put one guide on two overlapping departures. They clock in and out with built-in timesheets, with optional geofencing that requires them to actually be on site.

Guests who show up in the right place

Every tour carries its own arrival time, meeting point, and what-to-bring list, sent automatically in the confirmation email. A reminder goes out before the tour, and custom fields collect dietary needs, mobility concerns, or a hotel for pickup during checkout.

Private tours and groups

Let customers book an entire departure privately, or make a tour private-only. Corporate groups, schools, and travel agencies can be booked by your staff and invoiced to pay on terms, with a deposit collected up front if you want one.

More channels, same calendar

Resytech exposes your live availability over OCTO, the open standard that OTAs and resellers use to connect with tour operators. Reseller bookings land in the same calendar as direct ones and count against the same seats, so a departure cannot be oversold across channels. Your own website stays the commission-free channel.
