Staff Scheduling & Timesheets

The right guide on the right trip, and honest hours on the clock.

  • Assign guides and facilitators to bookings and activities
  • Double-booking prevention: one person, one place at a time
  • Clock-in/out timesheets with admin review
  • Optional geofencing: clock in only at the actual location

An activity without its guide isn't an activity. It's a refund. Resytech treats your staff as part of the schedule itself, so who's leading the 10 AM tour is decided when the booking is made, not discovered at 9:55.

Scheduling with a memory

Assign guides, instructors, and crew to bookings and the platform tracks their commitments. Someone already leading a trip in that window can't be quietly booked onto a second one. The same conflict engine that protects your equipment protects your people. Staff schedules can sync to Google Calendar, so the day's assignments live where your team already looks.

Timesheets without the honor system

Staff clock in and out in the platform, and admins review and manage entries from the dashboard. For teams where "I was there at 8" needs to mean it, geofencing can require staff to be physically on site to clock in, with a warn-only mode if you'd rather nudge than block.

Labor next to revenue

Because hours and bookings live in the same system, you can see staffing against actual business: who worked, when, and how it lines up with the days that made money.

Common questions

Can Resytech prevent double-booking my guides?

Yes. Staff assignments run through the same conflict detection as equipment and capacity, so a guide who is committed to one booking cannot be assigned to an overlapping one.

How does geofenced clock-in work?

You define the area around each location. Staff clocking in outside it are either warned or blocked, depending on the mode you choose, or turn geofencing off entirely.
