ATV & Off-Road Rentals

Booking software for ATV, UTV, and off-road rentals

High-value machines, mandatory waivers, and trail guides, on a schedule that cannot double-book.

  • Each vehicle protected from double-booking across rentals and tours
  • Deposits and card holds for damage protection
  • Every rider and passenger signs before keys are handed over
  • License, age, and experience collected at checkout

Off-road rentals combine the hardest parts of the rental business. The machines are expensive and individually identifiable, every rider and passenger needs a signed release, guided rides need trained staff, and a vehicle that comes back covered in mud needs real turnaround time before it goes out again.

Every machine accounted for

Mark a vehicle as exclusive and booking it anywhere blocks it everywhere: the side-by-side reserved for a self-guided half day cannot also go out on the sunset tour. Identical ATVs can be tracked as a pool, and each vehicle type keeps its own pricing, rental lengths, and requirements.

Turnaround time built in

Set buffer time per rental length so there is always room to inspect, wash, and refuel before the next rider. A one-hour ride might need 30 minutes of prep and a full day might need an hour. The schedule enforces it, so the front desk never sells a machine that is still in the wash bay.

Know the rider before they arrive

Required custom fields collect what your insurer cares about at checkout: date of birth, driver's license number, weight, experience level, and passenger count. Your crew can plan vehicle assignments and how deep the safety briefing needs to go before the group walks in.

Waivers for every seat

Every rider and every passenger signs their own digital waiver, ahead of time from the confirmation email or at the counter on their own phone. The booking shows who is still outstanding, so no vehicle leaves until the whole group is covered. Signed copies are stored with the booking and the customer record.

Deposits that match the risk

Collect a deposit up front and the rest at pickup, or authorize a damage hold on the customer's card and release it when the machine comes back in one piece. Fuel surcharges, trail fees, and damage waivers can be added as fees, and optional trip protection can be offered at checkout.

Guided trail rides

Guide-led rides run at scheduled departures with per-person pricing, a group size cap, and an assigned guide. Split the fleet so tours always have machines, and let self-guided rentals sell the rest.

Common questions

Can I require a driver's license number at booking?

Yes. Custom fields can be marked required, so checkout cannot finish without a license number, date of birth, or any other detail you need.

How do damage deposits work?

You can collect a deposit at booking, or place an authorization hold on the customer's card and capture or release it after the rental. Payments run through your own Stripe account.

Do UTV passengers sign waivers too?

They can, and they should. Each person in the group gets their own waiver link, and the booking shows exactly who has signed.
