Resytech runs payments through your own Stripe account, not a processor we lock you into. You keep the direct relationship, the payout schedule, and the transaction history, while Resytech keeps every payment tied to the booking it belongs to.
Take payment however the customer shows up
- Online: cards and wallets through the secure Stripe-powered checkout
- In person: card-present payments at the counter with Stripe Terminal
- Manual: record cash and check payments against the booking so the ledger stays complete
Flexible by design
Real bookings aren't always paid in full up front. Take a deposit at booking and the balance at arrival, split a total across multiple cards or payers, or invoice a corporate group and collect later. Every partial payment, gift card redemption, and adjustment rolls up into one accurate balance per booking, with no spreadsheet reconciliation.
Refunds without the math
Cancellations and changes happen. Refund in full or in part, back to the original payment methods, with the booking balance updated automatically. Taxes and location-specific fees are calculated at checkout and tracked through refunds, so your reporting stays right even when plans change.
Common questions
Can I use my existing Stripe account?
Yes, that is the model. Resytech connects to your own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank on your schedule and you keep full visibility in Stripe alongside Resytech’s booking-level reporting.
Can I take deposits and collect the rest later?
Yes. Configure deposits at booking time and collect the remaining balance whenever it suits your operation, online or in person. The booking tracks its balance the whole way.
Does Resytech support in-person card payments?
Yes. Stripe Terminal support gives you card-present payments at the counter, recorded against the booking just like online payments.
