Abandoned Cart Recovery
The revenue you almost made, recovered automatically.
- A multi-step email sequence, each step on its own delay
- Unique single-use discount codes, applied automatically
- One click restores the cart, with availability re-checked live
- Recovered revenue tracked, and recovered bookings tagged
Most booking pages leak. A customer picks a date, gets to checkout, and a phone call or a moment of doubt pulls them away. Revenue that was seconds from existing, gone silently. Cart recovery closes the leak: once a customer has entered their email at checkout, Resytech notices when they leave and follows up on its own.
A sequence, not a single reminder
Build a recovery sequence for each location: a gentle nudge an hour after someone leaves, a reminder the next day, a discount offer after that. Each step has its own delay in minutes, hours, or days, its own subject line and personal note with booking details merged in (activity, date, time, cart total, customer name), and its own on/off switch. Run it for every activity or only the ones you choose.
Discounts that can't be shared
Attach a coupon to any step and every email gets its own unique, single-use code generated from it, so a recovery discount never ends up on a coupon site. Each code is checked before the email goes out, applied automatically when the customer clicks through, and stays applied even if their original time is gone.
Back to a cart that's still filled
The link reopens the saved cart with the activity, equipment, date, add-ons, and contact details restored. Availability is re-checked live: if their time is still open it's selected for them, and if it's gone their date stays selected so they can pick another time. They pick up where they left off instead of starting over and reconsidering.
Polite by design
Recovery never nags. Only a customer's most recent cart is followed up, each person gets at most three recovery emails a week, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and if they book another way the rest of the sequence is cancelled. Nothing goes out once the trip's start time has passed, and if several steps come due at once, only the latest is sent.
Proof, not vibes
Every recovered booking is attributed to cart recovery. The dashboard shows emails sent, carts recovered, and recovered revenue for the last 90 days, with a feed of recent sends and their outcomes. Recovered bookings are tagged automatically, so you can filter them or start a workflow when one comes in.
Common questions
When do recovery emails go out?
You decide. Each step in the sequence has its own delay in minutes, hours, or days, so you can send a nudge after an hour and a discount offer after a day. Resytech handles detection and sending automatically.
Can I offer a discount in the recovery email?
Yes. Attach a coupon to any step and each email gets its own unique, single-use code, applied automatically when the customer returns to checkout.
Will customers feel spammed?
No. Only a customer’s latest cart is followed up, there is a cap of three recovery emails per week, every email has an unsubscribe link, and if they book another way the rest of the sequence is cancelled.
Can I see how much revenue was recovered?
Yes. The dashboard shows emails sent, carts recovered, and recovered revenue for the last 90 days. A cart counts as recovered when the customer opens the recovery link and then completes checkout, and those bookings are tagged automatically.
